I noticed an ad in a local magazine for Gliding Shelf Solutions and immediately recognized it was exactly what I needed. I have a small kitchen pantry that had inefficiently spaced shelves. Now shelves could be better spaced and the fact that they pulled out would make the pantry that much more accessible. An appointment with a sales person was easily arranged. She showed up on time to measure the job and provide a detailed quotation, along with good design advice. The installer arrived and completed the work as scheduled. He left the worksite clean and tidy. Both explained exactly what they were going to do so there were no surprises. Both were very professional in manner and a pleasure to deal with. After many months of use the product has proven to be strong, well built and useful! The shelves are expertly fitted and installed. I am very satisfied with the whole experience.
